Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club will take pictures and/or make videos during classes for promotional purposes.  If you prefer your child not to participate in this aspect of our programming, please inform your coach prior to the start of class.


Due to limited space inside the domes and privacy of our young players, parents are not allowed on court.  If you would like to volunteer, or if your child requires special accommodations, you MUST obtain a coach's permission prior to going on court.

*** Classes may be canceled or modified based on enrollment. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

 

Missed Classes: If you miss a class, you may do a make-up on an alternate day of the week your class is offered within the same session. Make ups cannot be rolled over toward a new session. Please contact us PRIOR to the class you will miss (not after) at info.qostc@gmail.com. You MUST contact the front desk to schedule a make-up class (upon availability); walk-ins without prior communication will not be allowed on the courts.

Junior Tennis Programs

Happy Tennis Player
Tiny Tots

Location: QOSTC

Tiny Tots is a 30-minute class for children aged 2 to 4 that uses the fun of tennis with an emphasis on early age hand-eye coordination, and articulation.

 

Parents must stay on the courts to assist, and racquets will be provided for their first lessons.

Future Stars (Advanced)

Location: QOSTC

​

This program is designed for players from intermediate to advanced ability (age 8-12) The primary objective of this green dot class is to prepare players for the transition to regular balls, enabling them to compete effectively, participate in tournaments, and join our high school program and elite academy.

 

The clinic format consists of a variety of drills and competitive play designed to meet the specific needs of each player. Green dot balls are used in this class.

Little Tennis

This clinic is specifically developed for ages 4 to 7 who will be split up by level and age on each court.

 

The program is a key part of our common platform and is designed for helping young children develop a love for the game, and learn skills/strokes without as heavy an emphasis on win/loss.

Junior Beginner

Just $25 per class (60 minutes)

The Junior Beginner class is designed for kids age 9 and up who are new to tennis. Each session focuses on building a strong foundation with basic stroke technique, footwork, and rallying through fun, engaging drills and games.

This class creates a positive environment where players gain confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for the sport. It's the perfect starting point before moving into more advanced junior classes.

This program is designed for players from beginner to low intermediate ability (age 7-11) and is part of our "recreational" pathway with an emphasis on technique improvement.

​

The clinic format consists of a variety of drills and competitive play designed to meet the specific needs of each player. Orange dot balls are used in this class.

Elite 3

This program is specifically designed for the competitive player interested in starting to compete for more throughout the USTA Tournament experience. This program will create the physical, mental & mechanical foundation needed to advance into higher-level tournaments through technical repetition, match play scenarios & fitness.

All Elite 3 players must participate in USTA and UTR tournaments throughout the year.

Early Intermediate – Fundamentals & Skill Building


This clinic is ideal for players who have progressed past the beginner stage and are continuing to develop stroke technique and basic gameplay understanding. Sessions will focus on improving form, footwork, rally skills, and introducing tactical awareness in a fun and supportive environment. Players will start applying their skills through drills and controlled point play. A perfect stepping stone into more competitive levels of junior tennis.

This program is specifically designed for the competitive tennis player with years of USTA competitive Tournament experience. This program will provide a tournament atmosphere with major focuses on intensive fitness, tactical/mental match play & off-court discipline.

All Elite 2 players must participate in at least one USTA or UTR tournament per month.

Intermediate – Strategy & Technique Advancement


For players with a solid foundation in technique, this clinic bridges the gap between skill development and strategic application. Emphasis is placed on improving consistency, refining mechanics, and learning to implement game plans in point play situations. Drills will focus on rallying, situational tactics, and developing a competitive mindset. A great fit for juniors building confidence in match settings and looking to elevate their game.

The QOSTC JTT program introduces rising junior tennis players to a higher competitive level through weekly matches against other JTT programs.  In this regard, we have weekly practices that focus on both singles and doubles match play.  At QO, the focus of JTT is to teach players the benefits of competitive tennis;  improve player instincts on Court, player skills, and overall game strategy. JTT can introduce juniors to competitive team tennis and give them the head start they need to excel past their own expectations.

Advanced – Competitive Training & Tactical Mastery


This high-level clinic is designed for advanced junior players who are  preparing for high-performance match play. Training focuses on advanced tactics, point construction, mental toughness, and match-specific conditioning. Players will sharpen their decision-making, shot selection, and ability to perform under pressure through intense drills and live point play. Ideal for those aiming to succeed in high school tennis and future tournament competition .

Adult Intermediate TNT

In the TNT clinics, technique and tactical instruction are combined to improve both stroke production as well as the player's ability to handle different situations encountered during point play.

 

Using a variety of drills and instruction, participants will have the opportunity to hit many practice shots that focus on patterns which will help their overall consistency on the court.

​

TNT clinic participants get the first right of renewal up to exactly one week prior to the new session by pre-registering with payment. TNT clinics will meet once a week for four weeks.

This class is perfect for adults who are new to tennis and want to build a solid foundation. Each session introduces essential skills such as proper grip, basic stroke technique, footwork, and court awareness. The goal is to help players develop the ability to rally, serve, and play points --- preparing them to transition into the Adult Advanced Beginner class.

This is a fun, supportive, and low-pressure way to start your tennis journey.

Participants will rally, serve, and play structured games while preparing to transition into intermediate-level play. 

This class offers a great balance of instruction and fun in a supportive environment.

Live Ball Intermediate

Location: QOSTC

Live Ball Intermediate is a fun and fast-paced doubles drill session designed for intermediate players looking to improve their consistency, reaction time, and court awareness. Players rotate in and out in teams, rallying through live point with continuous feeding from a Pro.

​

The format keeps everyone moving with quick transitions and nonstop action, helping players sharpen their instincts and decision-making under pressure.
 

This class is ideal for players who are confident in basic rallying and positioning, and are ready for a more dynamic group experience.
