Quince Orchard Swim and Tennis Club will take pictures and/or make videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you prefer your child not to participate in this aspect of our programming, please inform your coach prior to the start of class.

*** Classes may be canceled or modified based on enrollment. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
Missed Classes: If you miss a class, you may do a make-up on an alternate day of the week your class is offered within the same session. You MUST contact the front desk to schedule a make-up class (upon availability); walk-ins without prior communication will not be allowed on the courts.
Junior Tennis
Tiny Tots
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $90/$108 (5/6 weeks)
Tiny Tots is a 30-minute class for children aged 2 to 4 that uses the fun of tennis with an emphasis on early age hand-eye coordination, and articulation.
Parents must stay on the courts to assist, and racquets will be provided for their first lessons.

Future Stars
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $245/$294 (5/6 weeks)
This program is designed for players from beginner to low intermediate ability (age 7-11) and is part of our "recreational" pathway with an emphasis on technique improvement.
​
The clinic format consists of a variety of drills and competitive play designed to meet the specific needs of each player. Orange dot compression balls are used to tailor training to the students continuing strength development.
Junior Development 1/2/3
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $396 (6 weeks)
For players with a solid foundation in technique, this clinic bridges the gap between skill development and strategic application.
Emphasis is placed on improving consistency, refining mechanics, and learning to implement game plans in point play situations. Drills will focus on rallying, situational tactics, and developing a competitive mindset. A great fit for juniors building confidence in match settings and looking to elevate their game.
Little Tennis
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $170/$204 (4/5 weeks)
This clinic is specifically developed for ages 4 to 7 who will be split up by level and age on each court.
The program is a key part of our common platform and is designed for helping young children develop a love for the game, and learn skills/strokes without as heavy an emphasis on win/loss.

Future Stars (Advanced)
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $245/$294 (5/6 weeks)
This program is designed for players from intermediate to advanced ability (age 8-12) The primary objective of this green dot class is to prepare players for the transition to regular balls, enabling them to compete effectively, participate in tournaments, and join our high school program and elite academy.
The clinic format consists of a variety of drills and competitive play designed to meet the specific needs of each player. Green dot balls are used in this class.

Red Ball Champs
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $170/$204 (4/5 weeks)
Red Ball Champs (ages 6–8) is a supplemental program for young players who are ready to take the next step in their tennis journey.
This group is by invitation only, and is ideal for children who can already rally with a coach and are able to start a point with a serve. Students are placed by their coach to ensure each player feels challenged, supported, and successful.
Orange Ball Performance
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $245/$294 (5/6 weeks)
Orange Ball Performance Training (ages 8–11) is an advanced, supplemental clinic for players who are ready to move beyond recreational play and continue building a strong foundation for match play.
In this group, courts are reformatted to an orange ball court size to better support proper movement, spacing, and point play at this stage of development.
This group is intended for players who can rally consistently, serve and return with control, and are ready for a higher level of structure and expectation. Placement is by coach invitation only ensure the appropriate training environment and group balance. Orange dot balls are used in this class.
Summer Tennis Training (formerly camp)
The Summer Training Program is new and improved for Summer 2025!!!

Before and after care options exist for parents to drop students off as early as 7:30am and pick up as late 5:00pm
​
All three of our Summer Training Programs have had their duration extended. 10 and Under, and Junior Tennis Training will begin at 8:30am, running until 3pm for full day students! Elite Tennis Training will begin at 8am and will go until 2:30pm.

FREE Swim passes to the QOSTC Pool for full week program attendees and their Parents on the days they attend programing. *Additional paperwork required, some restrictions apply
Adult Programs
Adult TNT
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $144 - 240 (3-5 weeks)

In the TNT clinics, technique and tactical instruction are combined to improve both stroke production as well as the player's ability to handle different situations encountered during point play.
Using a variety of drills and instruction, participants will have the opportunity to hit many practice shots that focus on patterns which will help their overall consistency on the court.
​
TNT clinic participants get the first right of renewal up to exactly one week prior to the new session by pre-registering with payment.
Live Ball
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $161.50 (5 weeks June)

Live Ball is a VERY popular tennis drill format in which there are typically five (5) to seven (7) similarly-skilled participants on a doubles court with a Professional who feeds a ball to initiate a fast-moving and proscribed point. Subsequent points are fed and played out in a fast-moving and realistic (live ball) format, also in a proscribed pattern, to keep the points FAST, FUN, and with CONSTANT MOVEMENT.
Winners get to remain in their position with challenging teams constantly trying to win consecutive points to establish new "queens" or "kings" of the court! Think fast and react fast!
Advanced TNT
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $144 - 240 (3-5 weeks)

Adult Beginner

This class is perfect for adults who are new to tennis and want to build a solid foundation. Each session introduces essential skills such as proper grip, basic stroke technique, footwork, and court awareness. The goal is to help players develop the ability to rally, serve, and play points --- preparing them to transition into the Adult Advanced Beginner class.

This is a fun, supportive, and low-pressure way to start your tennis journey.
Co-Ed Doubles Tactics
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $192/240 (4/5 class sessions)
Drop-in: $52.00 per class

In the Co-Ed Doubles Tactics clinics, intermediate and advanced players will train in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on the strategic elements of doubles play.
Each session emphasizes movement, positioning, shot selection, and communication through two to three competitive drills designed to replicate real match situations. The final portion of each class features matchplay, giving participants the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in live doubles play.
Adult Advanced Beginner
Location: QOSTC
Cost: $25 per class (60 minutes)

The Adult Advanced Beginner clinic is ideal for players who have learned the basics and are ready to develop more control, consistency, and confidence on the court. Each session focuses on refining stroke mechanics, improving footwork, and introducing simple strategies for point play.
​
Participants will rally, serve, and play structured games while preparing to transition into intermediate-level play.
This class offers a great balance of instruction and fun in a supportive environment.
